M. Victoria Reade, MBA, BSN, FRSA
CEO & Co-Founder
Ms. Reade has over 25 years leadership experience in mission-oriented healthcare and MedTech/AI ventures at the nexus of environment and population health. A trailblazer, she leverages her dual clinical and business skills to advocate for patients particularly the marginalized and underserved. A serial entrepreneur, she co-founded ventures developing novel diagnostics and therapeutics for cancer and women’s health. Ms. Reade is an expert Project Leader of interdisciplinary, grant funded scientific and clinical research. She is an Advisor to students and entrepreneurs in industry and academic Accelerator Programs.
Ms. Reade has an MBA from Pace University and BSN from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences. She received her clinical training at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Ms. Reade is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
Rodney Herring, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer & Co-Founder
Dr. Herring is a trained Materials Scientist and Engineer with expertise in creating new non-invasive, innovative Imaging systems for clinical applications. A prolific Inventor of breakthrough technology, he has been granted 15+ Patents plus many Provisional Patents. He leads research programs developing nanotechnology for environmental applications using electron beams, ions, lasers, acoustic, sonar, radio waves, crystals. He is the Director of Advanced Microscopy Facility at University of Victoria, British Columbia and leads a Research Program developing breakthrough imaging systems & nanotechnology for healthcare and other diverse applications. Dr. Herring has authored over 250 Publications.
Dr. Herring has a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Birmingham, England; MASc, University of Windsor, Canada; BASc, University of Windsor, Canada.
