About Us
What we Do

Our Vision and Mission
Our vision is to eradicate plastics, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and positively impact global health particularly among the vulnerable population.
Our mission is to collaborate with experts from diverse disciplines to harness science-based knowledge of the ocean, utilize cutting-edge AI driven solutions to clean the ocean & earth’s atmosphere, and link ocean health with human health.
Problem
The earth’s oceans suffer from pollution, acidification, red tides and low to no life within its eddies which undermine environmental and human health. Due to the tilt of the surface of the eddy towards its center, the surface water falls down a spiraling, crushing, mixing, oxidizing, cleaning funnel ~500 meters deep which removes phytoplankton from eddies producing little to no life over expansive regions of oceans.
The earth’s atmosphere suffers from excess emission of CO2 caused by the consumption of fossil fuels and other products.
Vortices at Center of Eddies
Vortices remove surface water including phytoplankton. Vortices create “low life zones” in oceans.

Red Tide Around Salt Spring Island
Too much wastewater is being dumped into the ocean causing red tides, hypoxia and acidification.

Eddies - Present since Earth Ocean Time
“no to low life” in ocean eddies have always existed. Eddies cover ~1/3 of ocean surface.

Vortices Consuming Algae Bloom
Vortices cleaning the ocean. Primary eddy (labelled 1) is consuming a large algae bloom. Past eddies, (labelled 2 to 5) continue to consume and clean algae blooms.
Solution
Until now, the power of eddies has not been extractable by mankind. Currently, most power generated by mankind is not green. A simple, immediately implementable device is proposed for extracting the power of eddies, which represents a huge source of green energy that would have global benefit. The proposed ocean cleaning method reduces air pollution and optimizes global health.

Vortex Raft Power & Vegetation
Vortex raft harvests power from water flowing to and down vortex, reduces plankton and nutrient loss as barrier to vortex, grows vegetation (food) on surface, provides buoyancy against vortex’s downward pull, consumes CO2 and produces O2. Water flow to vortex and scaffolding keeps raft centered on vortex.

Software Defined Sonar (SDS) Ocean Imager
Reflection of sonar off the thermocline’s waves enable measurement of eddy power, detection of ocean disturbances and temperatures, pressures and compositions. Patent pending

Software Defined Radio Atmosphere Imager
Same as SDS Ocean Imager. Reveals location and power of Earth disturbances. Operated at Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory, Penticton, BC and now at Long Wavelength Arrays, New Mexico, USA. Patented and published.
